Remote Support

We are with you every step of the way with our Support Team on hand to remotely access your PC and review and fix issues whilst you are on the phone with them. 

We use Teamviewer to do this: the world’s leading remote access software. Teamviewer is easy to use and secure. And no one can access your PC without you giving them your unique user ID and password, including us. Once we’re done on a session, the session is closed and we can’t regain access without a new password from you. 

To use Teamviewer for remote support, you will need to download it onto your PC. It is free for you to use.

Customer Resources
