FAQ’s
Will I need training?
Pulseone is built on a web-based platform so whilst the initial look and feel may seem different, the same familiar modules and use of features will be familiar. Training will be tailored to your needs at no extra cost for existing users and included as standard in the setup fee for new customers.
As an existing Pulse user, will I have to pay more?
For existing users that have upgraded to a hosted service, there will be no additional charge. For users that have Pulse on their own network, a small additional monthly fee will apply.
Can I stay with Pulse Office and Pulse Store as they are?
Yes, currently we have no plans to discontinue support, however we will no longer be signing up new users to PulseOffice or PulseStore.
