Our Software
We have 2 products written for the office trade, namely PulseOffice back-office software (previously just called Pulse), and PulseStore on-line ordering software. Either product can be used independently, or PulseOffice also has the flexibility to work with other industry web packages such as Oscarnet, Evolution and Clic-2.
PulseOffice handles all your order processing and invoicing, holds and updates catalogue pricing and manages customer and supplier information. Linking with Sage 50 Accounts software means that you are kept up-to-date with legislative and progressive changes for all your accounting needs. PulseOffice can communicate electronically with wholesalers and some suppliers, so the task of ordering and processing purchase invoicing/credits is reduced to a few button presses! Managing your customer's spend and repeat business is helped by the extensive number of reports available.

If you also use PulseStore, customer information such as special prices, delivery addresses and contacts are updated immediately when the 'Save' button is clicked in PulseOffice. Orders generated in PulseStore arrive automatically in PulseOffice, with options for creating new accounts on the fly if required. PulseStore not only replicates the details held in PulseOffice but has the flexibilty to manage and report on the cost centres and departmental budgets as well. Nothing is worse for attracting new business than a site that remains static for months and months, or looks the same as your competitor, so we've added a unique feature to PulseOffice which allows sections to be moved to a different part of the screen or removed altogether. Together with our range of templates and font and colour change options, your site will always look unique and fresh.
